Custom accelerators

I need help creating a custom accelerator for Amazon.com.

I used to have a custom accelerator but I reset my settings and it's now gone.

I am having the damndest time trying to recreate it.

I am still having problems with Adobe Reader and even Adobe Acrobat.

Acrobat 9.3 crashes when I use it on my home computer. Opening any PDF file will result with a crash.
