So slow start... for about 20min

Hi,
I have a big problem with my computer.
After clear install of W7, 7100 on P IV 3.2GHz, DDR 2GB, SATA 320GB + IDE 80GB, IDE DVD-RAM, problem maybe with Radeon 7500, I am going to buy new...
