Cant do a system restore either...says theres an error running chkdsk.

Run chkdsk /R /F and it finds no issues.

Ive also tried various restore points as well. They all fail because...

i believe they were...all of the office icons...

i believe they were...all of the office icons were shortcuts i sent to desktop from the start menu when i installed office.

Well i managed to get into the image, tried...

Well i managed to get into the image, tried acronis again, and wouldnt work, then performed a system repair with the install disk and now it works.


Hopefully when i get my replacement drive...

I converted the image files to acronis image...

I converted the image files to acronis image files, and then put the image to tthe 300GB Raptor drive, but I cant boot from it and cant see it in Windows 7, what ami doing wrong?
