Audio is skipping and crackling (Windows 7 64 bit)

I am using a microsoft headset, and when i listen to music on youtube it skips and crackles, is there any way to fix this?

Backup Error

I have two hard drives that I use to backup Windows Image files, every time I have tried to back up it tells me this error, 0x80780119. Which is an error that means you have not enough disk space....

I am using the drivers Windows 7 automatically...

I am using the drivers Windows 7 automatically downloaded for me. Those specs are for another computer, this is my second computer I am speaking about currently. And my system OS is 64-bit.

Realtek AC 97 Dosen't Play With Windows 7

It worked the first time I installed Windows 7, now it doesn't work at all. I tried uninstalling the driver and installing it again and it still didn't work.

Where do you get your screen savers from? I'm looking for some really cool screen savers that will go up to 1920 x 1080.

Quick Launch

When I take the Quick Launch bar off the taskbar, and then put it back on, all the icons are organized completely different. Is there any way to make it always stay the same?
