SP1. 1,236 posts | How to enable HTTPS/SSL encryption to secure your Facebook account Quote: Many people have been pleased to hear that Facebook is now allowing users to choose full SSL/HTTPS encryption throughout their session to prevent their accounts from being compromised through unencrypted WiFi using tools like Firesheep. After the announcement though, lots of people are confused and requested we provide better instructions on how to choose this more secure option. I have put together a brief (only 1.5 minutes!) YouTube video on how to enable this feature. |

| Windows 7 Ultimate x64 8 posts Bloomfield | this should have been enabled yesterday but obviously is taking much longer. when it finally makes it to your account it will be in yous account security section. but if you dont want to wait there is a greasemonkey script that enables https on many sites not just facebook. |
