Thanks for that. I think the best way of removing rootkits is to flatten down and clean installing Windows again. I wouldn't bother using rootkit removal tools if I discovered I got rootkit in my computer. I agree with one of the line from your article is that we can never be sure if the computer is free of rookit after attempting to remove and dangerous to presume so.
