But as the comment at the bottom states, why would even recieve this email for Outlook? And on another note, i really hope even the noobish of people would notcie, the fact the email starts with 'Dear Microsoft Outlook Username' since when would even a malicous email state dear username! | | I hear you Luckystar, though in my experience with family and friends (other than the one or two IT pros) there are two kinds of users- those that get IT and those that don't very much at all. For example, I recently warned a nephew that if he doesn't stop clicking on 'Free Scan' and the like he will be on his own. It being around the fifth time in just over a month he caught a nasty from doing this, and he's on the phone for me to sort it out. The way I see it is if it forearms one member, then it was worth the effort to post. I think the username is meant as the receivers username- though I could be wrong. |
