Very good article. I think it could of been used to catch those just recently for tax fraud with money in Swiss banks. The bank was the Wegelin and got fined billions and went belly up if I remember correctly. Being able to monitor wire transfers could come in handy. Has everybody forgot about N.S.A. If you want to catch the bad guys you have to follow the money.
