Netflix Scam

"Combining a phishing scam with a fake tech support call center is something that I'd never seen before," the Malwarebytes senior security researcher told A video of the find shows Segura trying to enter a fake Netflix login on the streaming service's homepage, only to be presented with a notice telling him the account has been suspended, and telling him to call a fake tech support number.

Windows 7 ultimate 64-bit

I never had this issue when I had my account with netflix thankfully. Just another reason i will either watch a movie on blu ray/dvd or wait til it comes on one of the premium movie networks.

I've not been victim to this scam, but I did have a trial 30 day subscription through the Blue Ray player I got. I never watched it though.

I'm helping my mother with her Win 7 system. She had an odd thing happen yesterday. Puzzled, she goes over to her machine and, holy moley, there is a prominent warning message there...
