Forced Folder to run Sandbox

Just asking
Example :I set force folder E: to run sandbox this is for USB Flash Drive.

Upon inserting the Flash Drive and it didnt auto run the usb. And without opening the USB drive.

Im i safe for USB viruses?

Will all the viruses hiding that didnt detect my AV's will went to sandbox? I didnt open the flash drive just insert it on the computer.

that works on x64, NOT Sandboxie because it's gay and not free. It has to be free (not 30-day trail BS), it has to be capable of a number of separated sandboxes at the same time (so no demo version BS). I'm so sick and tired of those people who attempt to make money by providing your free stuff...

Is there a sandbox type program that works on win7 x64? I heard there is something like patchguard that prevents it, but maybe there is a program that works with it?
