| | Opera Plugs ‘Extremely Severe’ Security Hole Quote: The makers of the Opera Web browser are urging users to apply an update that fixes what the company described as an “extremely severe” security flaw in Windows and Mac versions of the software. The vulnerability is fixed in the latest version, v. 10.53, available from this link. Alternatively, Opera users can click “Help” then “Check for Updates” from within the browser. | | well, actually Opera 10.53 was released 2010-04-30 (april 30).... i´m sorry if i offended you by saying "old news, it wasn´t meant as an offence. i only wanted to point out the fact that it was several days old. however, many others may have missed the update, so it´s good you mentioned it. please don´t get me wrong, i like your posts, they are VERY useful so please keep posting. |
