downloaded it and had a few minutes play.
no problems logging in, but noticed a couple of problems: - the occasional avatar is AWOL on the PM tab
- i'm getting errors when clicking some of the user names on the 'More...who's online' page - i see 'receiving from server' then 'invalid user id' then the phone hangs at 'processing...' leading to a blank white screen if i hit my phone's back button. the occasional user works, but i get the error maybe 75% of the time?
i don't really want to give a market review until the app's working 100% | My System Specs |

The application Seven Forums (process com.quoord.tapatalksevenforums.activity) has stopped unexpectedly.
Please try again.
Force close.
After clicking Force close, it then just goes back to the logo window and reloads the site, but I still can't go to any posts. Hi Joan,
Go to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>SevenForums>Clear Data and Clear Cache.
This should help prevent the Force Close errors. Didn't make any difference Dinesh. I could clear the Cache but to clear the data meant uninstalling the app, it was tied in with that, anyway I did uninstall and do a new download and install but still get the same message when trying to go to any posts. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Zoostorm Desktop/ Asus K55A Notebook PC OS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32 bit/Windows 8 64bit CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 @ 2400 MHz/Intel B820,1.7GHz Motherboard Foxconn 45CMX/45GMX/45CMX-K/Asus Memory 2048 MB (2 x 1024 DDR2-SDRAM)/8GB 2 x 4GB DDR3 Graphics Card Intel Corp 82945G Integrated Graphics Controller/Intel Sound Card Onboard Realtek/Onboard Monitor(s) Displays Hanns.G HH221 22" inches Widescreen/Asus 15.6 Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080/1366 x 768 Keyboard Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 (UK)/Inbuilt Mouse Microsoft Optical Wheel Mouse/Touchpad Hard Drives ExcelStor (250GB)/Asus Internet Speed Just under 4MB download it's ADSL. Might just be because you're using such an older version of Android OS. 1.6 is it? Might not work on that old a version. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Airbot 2.0 OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 CPU Core i7 920 (D0) @ 4Ghz, *26c idle *65c full load on air Motherboard Asus P6X58D Premium - Sata 6Gb/s - USB 3.0 Memory 12GB DDR3 Corsair Dominator -CMD12GX3M6A1600C8 at 1600MHz Graphics Card EVGA GeForce GTX 480 -Aftermaket Accelero Xtreme Plus cooler Sound Card ASUS Xonar D2X Monitor(s) Displays 1 LG 24" Flatron W2453V-PF 1 Samsung 24" P2450H both 2ms RT Screen Resolution 1920x1080@60hz Keyboard Logitech Wireless MK700 Mouse Logitech Wireless MK700 PSU Corsair HX1000W Case Cooler Master HAF 932 Cooling Case Fans *3 230mm, *1 140mm/CPU - *Tuniq Tower 120 Extreme Hard Drives 1 OCZ Vertex2 180GB SSD

That's what John thought although he did say it should as it's listed as for version 1.5 and later and yes Aaron mine is 1.6. He was going to mention it to someone, but I'm not going to worry too much if I can't get it to work as I'd much rather come to the forum on my computer which is here for me all day plus it's much easier to read posts on a 22" monitor than a couple of inches of phone screen.
Another thing that annoys me about the phone is that if I'm trying to scroll using my finger there are times it wont but instead opens whatever my finger has landed on, even worse if it's stopped and I'm trying to find a space to start the scroll off again.
I'll keep an eye on things here but it may be I'd need a newer version of Android, or just a newer phone, which would be nice but impossible at present. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Zoostorm Desktop/ Asus K55A Notebook PC OS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32 bit/Windows 8 64bit CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 @ 2400 MHz/Intel B820,1.7GHz Motherboard Foxconn 45CMX/45GMX/45CMX-K/Asus Memory 2048 MB (2 x 1024 DDR2-SDRAM)/8GB 2 x 4GB DDR3 Graphics Card Intel Corp 82945G Integrated Graphics Controller/Intel Sound Card Onboard Realtek/Onboard Monitor(s) Displays Hanns.G HH221 22" inches Widescreen/Asus 15.6 Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080/1366 x 768 Keyboard Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 (UK)/Inbuilt Mouse Microsoft Optical Wheel Mouse/Touchpad Hard Drives ExcelStor (250GB)/Asus Internet Speed Just under 4MB download it's ADSL. Thanks Julian I'd never thought of that and yes I have Nintendo DS's, in fact I have 2 the DS Lite and the DSi XL, so I could try one of the stylus from them, the XL comes with another one more like a pen for when you're using drawing or writing games.
The only problem would be not always having the stylus to hand, so to speak. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Zoostorm Desktop/ Asus K55A Notebook PC OS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32 bit/Windows 8 64bit CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E4600 @ 2400 MHz/Intel B820,1.7GHz Motherboard Foxconn 45CMX/45GMX/45CMX-K/Asus Memory 2048 MB (2 x 1024 DDR2-SDRAM)/8GB 2 x 4GB DDR3 Graphics Card Intel Corp 82945G Integrated Graphics Controller/Intel Sound Card Onboard Realtek/Onboard Monitor(s) Displays Hanns.G HH221 22" inches Widescreen/Asus 15.6 Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080/1366 x 768 Keyboard Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 (UK)/Inbuilt Mouse Microsoft Optical Wheel Mouse/Touchpad Hard Drives ExcelStor (250GB)/Asus Internet Speed Just under 4MB download it's ADSL. stick it behind yer ear
actually the lg pen stylus is quite cheap to buy and can be attached to your phone like a phone charm ,you just whip it out when you want it and pop it back when done , said the bishop to the actress.

If theres upgrades,or a final verson as compared to the one that was available in the thread here, i'll have to figure out another way. I only have SlideME app store and Amazon on my tablet. Only drawback to not blowing a ton of money for a big brand. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba Satellite L455D OS Windows 7 Home Premium CPU Amd Semperon 2.10GHz Memory 2 Gig Graphics Card ATI Radeon 3100 Sound Card Realtek Monitor(s) Displays 15.6 inch Screen Resolution 1366x768 Mouse Logitech Wireless Hard Drives 250gig Internet Speed 16/2 cable |
