Windows 7: Nero/Photoshop

I bought Nero, and my Mother bought my Brother Photoshop CS5, since his PC can't handle it, I'm going to put it on mine.

I currently have all my normal programs, Nero and Office 2010 installed, if I install PhotoShop, will there be any slowdowns or anything like that, like will my PC be overloaded as long as I don't run them all at the same time?

Radeon HD4200 integrated

4gb RAM

With 4GB of RAM if you ran them all at the same time you might experience some lag. Running them one at a time on a 64bit OS with a quad core processor and 4gigs of RAM you shouldn't notice anything at all.
