I can't download anything from Skydrive for some reason.

Yes I do, the download option does nothing, untill about 5 minutes later and the the download fails, always. No worry about that.

Hm that is strange maybe you should just re-install TV to see if it makes a different

^^^ I agree have run TV 6/7/8 and never had anything like that, mine will minimise to tray when i click the cross, to actually close i have right click icon then exit

Maybe a uninstall/reinstall may help ??

It's reinstalled now and no more Russian, I didn't opt for it to close to the tray, so it closes now with the X.
