So I've got a ebook that I need for class and the files are saved as secure pdf (spdf). The problem is that I can no longer access the files. I've installed Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard as well as the latest Adobe Reader but still cannot open the files. I had to reinstall 7 last week and my problem popped up after that format/install. Anyone have any suggestions? Last thing I wanna do is reinstall 7 again!
Here's the error I'm getting:
I know that it says that the file wasn't decoded correctly but I've downloaded the book from various networks connections at different speeds but for some reason it still tells me this. I have the original download saved on an external drive but I get the same error. Please help! The last day of class is Sunday and I need this book Thanks!
