Windows 7: some good video burning software?

Windows 7 32 bit

You might want to take a look at this tool:

xvid to DVD - resolution and aspect ratio woes

half way down that thread there's a mini-guide. It should work with any converter that can use .avs scripts(AviSynth again) as input.

The tool is called FitCD but it works for DVD calculations also.

If you want to do a lot of filtering of the video while encoding check out AviSynth. Many Gui front end converters use it. You can do stuff like AutoCrop, resize, get rid of jaggies, hard code subtitles etc.. just google it for the main site.
DVD Flick works great, very simple to use. 1 Question, After creating the movie, It outputs a .iso file and an AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folder too. So which should i burn? I burned the .iso one because i understand it more.

You can just burn .iso unless you create a DVD9. Imgburn needs an .mds file with layer break info to burn a DVD9 iso and set the layer break. For DVD9 I usually set custom output size to 8032 MB and chapters every 5 minutes. That way Imgburn can nearly always automatically set the layer break. For DVD5 it doesn't matter. You can burn either the folder or the .iso. .iso is a bit better since Imgburn doesn't have to create the image on the fly.
