Windows 7: About this Everything software

with this software, when I type in a few words, the relevant files or folders will show up, but recently, when I try to access (by double click the folder in the list of Everything search results), to any folder, a window pops out and said "class not registered",

I remembered that I can indeed open any folder before long time ago but why it didn't work now?
