Defragment.

Don't know where else to post this, so if this is not the correct section, please move.
I was wondering, whats the best software(Free preferably), that I can use to defrag my drives?
Really though, there is so much out there, I can't choose anymore.

Integrated?

I'm on Vista between.
(Sorry, I'm not really familiar with system tool sets and stuff).

And isn't CCleaner from Piriform too?
In that case I'll give it a look, since all of their softwares are pretty good and professional.

In Windows 7, there's very little reason to use a third party defragger. The built-in one handles the job just fine.

Well, I'm on Vista now.

Either way, I'm using Piriforms now, from all the time using CCleaner and other software from Piriform, I gotta say, they do their job good, no ads, no subscriptions, and still, one of the best software.

Ah, your system specs said you were using Windows 7. Either way, I guess Defraggler would work fine for you, but Vista's defragger did fine for me as well.

I needed to do a emergency back-up so it went back to Vista.
And since Vista is not as horrible as it used to be back then I decided to stay on it.

I'll update my specs, one more question, since the name of this forum is SevenForums, can we still discuss/talk about Vista and other operating system or is this forum solely for the purpose of discussion on 7?

I don't know of any official rules, but I think it would be fine, considering many suggestions, best practices, and advice works on Vista and Windows 7 the same. Vista isn't a bad OS, although I still prefer Windows 7.

And I agree, Vista isn't bad, but it did improve quite a bit.
