Any alternative to Windows Installer CleanUp Utility?

Since Microsoft removed and stopped supporting the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, is there any other utility, even 3rd party, that does a good job of cleaning up orphaned Windows Installer files, and doesn't break things like Office 2010?

Earlier versions of Windows also had an easy way of uninstalling uninstall files for installed Windows updates... any such way in Windows 7? I know I could just go into the \Windows\Installer\ folder and delete, but that's surely not the best way to do this.

It may only get me around 5GB or so, but when trying to keep a tidy SSD for boot drive, any bit helps.

    Ideas?

Revo Uninstaller 2010 or Your Uninstaller 2010. Their features are similar although Revo has a FREE and paid version. They clean up your PC immediately right after you uninstall a program, that includes registry entries, temporary files and orphan files.

Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

Official site of Your Uninstaller! - Free fix your computer problems.

In my opinion, both are good alternatives. You decide. :)

I've removed programs like MS Silverlight with Revo Uninstaller Pro x64 where after the program uninstall Revo offered up several 1,000's of left over Registry values to be removed.
