Windows 7: Quick list for personal references

I'm a software developer who is unlearning how to use a mouse. It was slowing me down. Each time I look for a quick key for editing or nave, ... Like the visual studio alt+K, alt+H for set book mark I have to look it up some where.

I'm looking for an app or gadget that will pop up with a searchable scrollable outline like list of items I need to lookup quickly. Can anyone recommend something? I don't have time to develop it myself else I would.
