Windows 7: x32 CS3 Won't Install on x64 Platform

Need your wisdom on this issue that is DRIVING ME CRAZY!

My computer stats are available when you click on my username.

I had Win 7 Home and upgraded to Professional in order to fix this problem and it is still a problem.

So, now I have the XP partrition (Virtual PC) and cannot download CS3 since it is a x32 and my computer is x64.

I have read on other posts that other users have been able to get around this.

Great. Please tell me how to do so.

I NEED photoshop and dreamweaver. Now.

That is strange, since I have Photoshop CS3 x32 and I am on Windows 7 x64 Ultimate and having no problems getting it to install or run. I also haven't done anything special to install or get it to run.
