I tried a couple of these WinX video softwares I got from GAOTD. I uninstalled after a couple of hours. Generally you are better off using HCEnc and DVDAuthorGui or DVD Flick. The free softwares will produce quality output if used properly. These WinX deals often output video with incorrect aspect ratio, bit rates way too low to produce any quality etc... and that's on the non-crippled versions.

Still says it is a trial version unles I'm missing something.

Once you download the link for the full edition and run it...it says ""Special Edition".

Looks like they stuck the giveaway onto the regular listing. Cause for confusion. In any case, as I mentioned, I tried a couple of WinX things and I didn't consider them worth keeping even for free(full version GAOTD licensed.) If this one works well then fine. But i tried a couple of WinX automatic rippers or whatever, where they rip and convert in one shot. AutoGK produced better results for free.
