How to stop adobe update pop ups .

In my machine, there are the adobe programs installed (other than flash player) .


My problem is they often pop up an update window .... in most of the times during the program is being used . If I opt for install the updates, they force me for restarting ... it is an worst stage .

If I cancel the page , it again pops up.

Is there any way to stop the automatic update to pop up as and when ?

You should have a option under "preferences" in Adobe to turn off "updates"
