I am in need of help, I have WIndows 7 Home Premium 32bit on my Acer Aspire 5517. I tried to run gimp and it failed so I uninstalled and installed the windows version again and it always says error and has to abort. I also tried to download Absolute Un install to make sure I completely removed gimp, but it failed to open as well. Please help.
Try again in safe mode. If no success, try with this, in safe mode if necessary

I thought it was going to work, I got the un installer installed and un installed gimp, and it was loading and them said something like glib error failed to allocate bytesI do lots of gfx with gimp, if I cant get this fixed I will have to go back to vista.
How do I do this? Sorry, I am not a big tech person.
It still won't work, when it is loading brushes it says Error failed to allocate bytes.
If you select a day or two before you began to make changes, all will go back to that point in time.

Will that delete windows 7? I just downloaded windows 7 yesterday.
Thanks for telling me. YOU would not be able to delete windows 7,howver, because there would not be a point old enough to do so. If you just installed, I need to think of another solution.
