Windows 7 - Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit error.

I am in need of help, I have WIndows 7 Home Premium 32bit on my Acer Aspire 5517. I tried to run gimp and it failed so I uninstalled and installed the windows version again and it always says error and has to abort. I also tried to download Absolute Un install to make sure I completely removed gimp, but it failed to open as well. Please help.

Try again in safe mode. If no success, try with this, in safe mode if necessary

I thought it was going to work, I got the un installer installed and un installed gimp, and it was loading and them said something like glib error failed to allocate bytes I do lots of gfx with gimp, if I cant get this fixed I will have to go back to vista.

No reason to aplogize, just take your time, understand the instructions and ask questions. When you are ready give it a try

It still won't work, when it is loading brushes it says Error failed to allocate bytes.

If you select a day or two before you began to make changes, all will go back to that point in time.

Will that delete windows 7? I just downloaded windows 7 yesterday.

Thanks for telling me. YOU would not be able to delete windows 7,howver, because there would not be a point old enough to do so. If you just installed, I need to think of another solution.
