    CMD has disapeared need help!!


    My command prompt has totally disappeared from my laptop. Window 7. Someone help. Info on where or how I can download and fix this problem would be much appreciated!

    Hi,

    Do you mean you cannot access it this way:

    1. Click START
    2. In the box where is says Search programs and files , type CMD, and hit ENTER

    C:\Windows\System32

    Check if its in that directory or run this "C:\Windows\System32\CMD"

    Just clicked and dragged from friends computer to usb to mine. It worked suprisingly. Must have been deleted at some stage as Iv only began to use it now in my course.

JPG images as ICON's DISAPEARED

since I installed the NEW HPc6200 drivers for win7 I lost previeuw capability of JPG files ( can still use the slideshow but in the directory I only see the IMAGE icon not the JPG content Is there a way to restore this ???
I started my machine and tried to install my old nero ... not compatible with vista based systems ..... so i tried to uninstall it and it refused with an error saying that i had files missing ... so i shut it down and came back a few hours later and turned my machine on and now all my desktop icons...
