    Roxio Creator 2010 Pro

To install Roxio Creator 2010 pro I have to turn off the Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1.
Any time when I want to turn off the following error comes up. "An error has occurred.
Not all of the features were successfully changed."

Pleas can some one tell me how can I override this issue?

    Thank you.

Why do you have to turn off Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1.? I'm running 7 Home Premium and didn't have to do anything special to install Roxio 2010 pro? If you go into Programs and Features and click on "Turn windows features on and off" Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5.1. should be in the list. I would try turning it off there.

Thank you I find the list, I wanted to turn it off but the following message comes up: "An error has occurred. Not all the features were successfully changed."

Before this error message came up I had a other one: "Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1 Setup. You must use "Turn Windows feature on or off" in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 SP1."

Ops, for some reason I didn't get or missed the e-mail notification for this thread. Works for me, I just unchecked it and it took a while but eventually it turned it off with no error message. I got a "Please wait while Windows Makes changes to features. This might take a while" message when I turned it off and then again when I turned it back on. My best guess is you have some other program running that is dependant on dot net framework and it's preventing windows from stopping it.
