    Non-Removable File

I downloaded an update to a plug-in for my website earlier today. I then moved the file to another folder on my local server. The file on my local server unzipped and works just fine, but I have an icon for it in my downloads folder still that apparently, isn't really there.

Can someone give me some advice on how to get rid of this thing. I tried downloading it again and then deleting, same result.

    See attached pics,..
