Any SW that add the "AlwaysOnTop" mode to windows?

Hi everybody,
I need to set some windows always on top of any others, but W7 still lacks this capability. When you right click on a window's titlebar you get the Restore Move Size Minimize Maximize options but you don't get an option to put the window always on top.

Do you know any SW which can do that?

Thank you very much

KEB
