SYNC

I have a simple problem and have been looking for a simple solution but to no prevail. I have eight folders with multiple sub folders in each. Lots of MP3's, movies and applications, pictures, ect.... I have been trying to find a automatic sync utility that can copy all of the contents of these folders onto my external drive for a back up. I have tried to use "synctoy" but for some reason it didn't want to set up on my computer. From what I can tell robocopy can only sync one directory at a time and I'm trying to sync 8 folders. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

BTY if I could get synctoy to work I would use I just cant get it to run. I have installed the framework 2.0 before installing synctoy and it still did not wan to start up properly.

I've been using Syncback this way with great success. No problems with it.

Watch out for Synctoy - it can bite you hard - if you change sub-folder names it duplicates data in the output (files in multiple folders).

Media Player in sync for 40 minutes, then out of sync
I'm running a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, and for some movies, the video will start in-sync for about 40 minutes, then slowly get farther and farther out of sync, making watching the video un-watchable after another 10 minutes. But it does not do this with all video types. It also does not do...

Sync Center
I've noticed Sync Center rules have been setup by itself. I believe this is to have a local copy of my files from my network in case I don't have network access. Is this correct? How does Win 7 decide which files to sync? Are they the folders I add to my "Libraries"? Since it syncs files from...

EPG is out of sync.
I have set up WMC on Win 7 x64 and all is well apart from the EPG. The correct time is shown, but the programmes are all a few hours out. If I select a channel, the correct programme shows, but when I go back to the EPG, they are all out of bonk again. Any ideas how to fix this?

I hate to ask a dumb question, and I apologize for doing so, but: What exactly does Sync do? Under Tools, the Sync, Sync all email accounts, and Sync everything. Help doesn't say what sync actually does. Also, how does one get WLM to check for new messages while you're in the program? I used...
