Hi Guys,
I have issues with Malwarebyte software since I installed it. I don't know why but everytime I perform a scan with the anti-malware, it finds nothing and when I clicked the exit button to leave, it starts to freeze and it takes like 5 min for the result page to appear so my computer need to be restart. I don't get BSOD, it only freezes and the mouse cursor sticks, you know!

Also, do you know another free alternative to clean my pc and protect. I have Panda global protection AV 2010 right now. It is good but I need another protection for malware, trojan, ect. I bought this computer 1 month ago with win 7 (64bit) and since that, all I get is freezes & freezes/crashes. I'm so tired of fixing this computer, I need help

Thanks in advance,

Yannik

Issue Finaly Resolve

The problem was with Panda Global Protection 2010 (Anti-virus). It wasn't allowing Malwarebytes so I had to do these five easy steps:

1. Open Panda Global Protection
2. Click Firewall
3. Under the tab Rules that says: Specify which program to access the internet (or network), click "setting".
4. Now, everywere you see the word "Malwarebytes" in the list, you will have to click - Allow inbound & outbound connections.
5. Click Ok and you're done.

I hope it can help someone. Thanks guys.
