Bad Install, need fix

Greetings,

It appears that I tried to install a program that Win 7 doesn't like.

However, in my busy life, I hit the "It installed properly" button instead of the other one.

Is there a way to 'uninstall' or fix this issue? the program does not show up on the Control Panel uninstall list, in the program files folder, or anywhere on the HDD (I've manually searched for it).

Everytime I try to re-install it, it does not give me the initial options of proper install or not.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Use this to uninstall the software you are talking about.

Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

Then try to reinstall.

If you still can not, use CCleaner on your system and then a good registry cleaner like jv16 Powertools.

No luck on the CCleaner (already using it) or the jv16 Powertools.

This one has stumped all my friends too.

Well, what software are you talking about. Possibly you have to remove files or reg keys manually. If you mention it, someone is sure to know a little something about it.
