Strange search bar appearing when browsing internet?

It happens when I search on wikipedia and several other sites (suprisingly, Google is unaffected). I posted pictures of a "sample" search (literally) and the settings box for this intruding search tool. I checked and I don't have AcPro (Autocompletepro) or Complitly on my machine (both are by the same company, SimplyGen and both are "powered" by Yahoo search).

I have doubts that they are the programs causing the unusual activity, as the interface does not match, but a setting says "I want AcPro enhanced experience..." so maybe it is related somehow.

I checked and none of these processes are running: AutocompletePro, AutocompletePro.exe, AutocompleteProMon.exe

Look at the pictures are decide for yourself. Please help me get rid of it. It is an annoyance.

Also, I have a full scan running so I will let you know tomorrow if it is a virus and it has been removed.

Try launching your browser in "safemode" most browsers give you the option to do that now.
