windows seven and visual c++ 2010 express problem bin files

Hi everyone

I have a problem: opensees (SVN source files) is not compiled by visual c++ 2010 express.
I open the pensees2005 (win32 folder) project, it is converted but if I run the compiler a pop up window error appears:

""Unable to start programc:\...\Win32\proj\actor\.\..\..\lib\release\actor.lib

the specified file is an unrecognized or unsupported binary format"

can someone help me?

If I Use visual c++ 2008 EXPRESS the same source file is compiled.

thanks
