Windows Live Essentials install problem

Hey guys, been a while hey?

Just recently did a re-format, and have come along a momentum-stopping problem..

I have the standalone installer for Windows Live Essentials 2011, and only want to install Mail & Photo/Movie Maker.

Mail installed without a hitch, but Photo gallery/movie maker refuses to install, giving the following error:

"It looks like another program is preventing the installer from working"
Error: 0x80070643
Source: PhotoGallery

I can't find anything on the particular source, but alot of 0x80070643 errors, and all different solutions/different applications.

Tried a few of them to no success..

Any help is much appreciated.

Try with clean boot, if no success try in safe mode
