    Run a scan of Malwarebytes in safe mode

    My computer works fine. I uninstalled the windows live essentials. So I don't have that on the computer anymore. I read where windows installer may need to be cleaned up but cam't find where to get the cleanup

    OK I understand.
    Try in safe mode as we said before
    Safe Mode

    Possibly to make it easier try the prior suggestion, first; turn off your Anti Virus and try to download
    If that does not work try in safe mode.

    ok I tried to do the safe mode. Everything I download it tells me the setup files are corrupted.

    Turn off your antivirus and try in regular mode
    Make sure that you have no malware. Download and scan with malwarebytes as suggested above.

    ok I am sorry but I tried everything that you all told me and nothing works. I even tried to download from a different computer and install on mine and it still says the files are corrupted.
    I am so upset.

    Thanks everyone for your help but found a program on my computer that restored everything back to the way it was.
