Sorry, all I can suggest is to run CCleaner, run the cleaner to get rid of all your temps, run the Registry Cleaner and see if you can find any Quicktime references, get rid of those, reboot and download it again, temporarily turn off any Antivirus programs, and try installing again. Maybe even try installing in Vista SP1 compatibility mode.
