Windows 7: Anarchy Online Client Install

Hi i get the following error when trying to install the game "Anarchy Online" on my currrent version of Windows 7.. People say to turn UAC and Defender off, which i have but i still get the problem. I am not sure if it is OS related or Client based... sorry if it isn't a windows 7 problem but i aint downloading 1.7gig again for a simple fix, if there is one Also many people have said they downloaded the same one i did and had no problems

any help would be appriciated
