I'm getting csc.exe failure to shut down. Can anyone help me to solve my problem?!?

Hi,

After some research I believe that the csc.exe error is caused by issues in your registry. Try downloading a tool from Here and see if it helps.

There is any chance to do more damage?!? I think that after I used CCleaner I've got the error message.

I've just undid CCleaner & now it's ok, but what should I do with the errors

See if clean boot helps solve the problem

One question the respective SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
is able to rectify errors or is just checking them?

It checks, you can get a written report if you want. I will tell you how if interested.
It can fix basic OS corruption. If it show errors run 3 or 4 times, it does not fix all at once.
