Windows 7: Windows Live Messenger 11 Facebook connectivity issue

Windows Live Messenger 11 Facebook connectivity issue
When i try to "connect my services" from the Messenger menu to Facebook I get an error stating: "Window's Live is unavailible"

Is there a specific reason for this?
