odd icon changes

Folks........I have noticed the double >> addition to some of my icons, and have no idea what program, possibly Photoshop Elements, that caused this, but hate seeing the >>'s on my picture, wav, doc file icons. I have tried some avenues to remove them, but not getting anywhere. Any help here woul;d be great! Thanks in advance!

Do you use Norton 360? That icon overlay in Norton 360 indicates a file that’s been changed since its last backup. If this is the case, you can turn it off.

Click Settings in the Norton 360 main window, untick the Backup Status Indicators check box and click Close.

If not, let us know, and we'll dig deeper
