Any good alternative software for viewing flash gif animation?

Windows Photo Viewer on Windows 7 only shows static images, even the animated ones. Are there any good alternative software that will show the animated gifs as a flash animation?

I use Irfanvew to replace Photo Viewer as my system default viewer.
It can see gif animations (not as a flash) and even provides basic image editing.

I've been thinking the same, I needed a .gif viewer. I didn't need all of those large bundles, a simple program that does what I need is GIF Viewer. It's a very light application and simple to use, also, it's free.
