Is it possible to install MS Office in a different language?

I have Windows 7 Home in English. I want to install MS Office in a different language. Is this possible?

You can install Office in any language you want to.

Yes, I am familiar with th Office Language packs. And I know you can install Office in different languages.
What I couldn't determine was , can you have the Operating System in one language and Office in another language. It appears that this is possible, so thanks again.
