Windows 7: Cyberlink PDVD won't install in Winows 7 x32

I had previously installed & removed Cyberlink PowerDVD 10 Mark II Ultra on Windows 7. Upon installing the recent version of PDVD10 on Windows 7 x32 I got a error saying that the PDVD10.msi could not be located in my temp folder & the source isn't valid & the installer quits...when i checked in temp folder all the PDVD10 files are there...I even tried to extract the setup file on the temp folder by 7-zip & run the setup but to no avail... btw, it has no problems installing it on Windows XP...How can i install it on Windows 7?
