    Screen recording (portable/nonAdmin?)

What is the best/easiest way to get a recording (video or pictures) from the windows screen.

Is there a good portable Application to do this.
What application do you use? (nonAdmin)

    Is there a way?

    THX, ill try it.

Just another Question on this topic:
Is it posible to get the normal screen shots stored in a default folder without doing it manually?
    So i dont have to:
Press [print screen] -> Open Imageeditor, [Crtl]+v, save, next step.
    It would be:
Press [print screen] --> Next step.

Any way to archive this on Windows 7 (or even XP)

You could utilize the Snipping Tool built into Win 7 for screen shots on that OS. Click the start orb, type snipping in the search box and it will show on the list.
