Microsoft Access 2007 Query Help

Hi,

I could do with help with a query..

I have managed to create queries that prompt for 'Contain' and 'Greater/Less Than'
I am now wanting to create a query that prompts for a specific category.

I know i can do this by putting [Enter Category] in the criteria but if the user spells something wrong it will not show so i wanted a list instead...

e.g. when the user runs the query it will say "Please Select a Category" and then it will display the list of categories.

I already have a table with all the categories but not sure how to get the query to reference it and display it in a list.
