ExifLasuncher2 @ start-up?

I don't like anything running on my machine at start-up other than Microsoft Security Essentials...
I just received a new S2500HD FujiFilm digital camera as a gift Christmas.
I installed the software but now this "ExifLauncher2" program shows up loading at start-up!!!
Does anyone know if this is needed. Can I just load tghis program when I want to download some pictures from my camera???

this program load on start up to make it faster to be used when you want later and you can stop it from loading at start up of the windows by
1. clicking on START
2. click on Run (if you couldnt find run press the start+r on your keyboard)
3. type there msconfig
4. now go to the tap Startup
5. simply uncheck the program that you dont want to start with windows
