I have been running the software entitled WebResearch 3
by Macropool on my Windows 7 machine (Home Premium, 64-bit) for quite a while with no problems. Then about 2 weeks ago it failed to start up and presented me with the following error message: "Microsoft Jet Database Module is broken or not present on your system."
In the days preceding this problem, I had run the following on my computer: BitDefender Antivirus 2010, TuneUpUtilities 2011, and SpeedUpMyPC (They made changes and tweaks to my system, except for the latter, as it was just a trial that demonstrates what the program can do if you purchase it.)
Everything else seems to be working just fine. Just that one program won't start.
I would be most grateful for any recommendations on how to address this issue.
