Windows 7: help pls..

help pls..

samsung kies installed then when i try to open it it start to work then suddenly a message appear .. the program has stop working windows is trying to find the solution to the problem... then i must close the program.. i try to uninstall it and install it the the same problem... then somtimes theres a debug icon in it... i press it but nothing happened.. i try to run it on windows vista but the same problem.. what should i do? thanks in advance

First thing you need to do is tell us what "samsung kies" is. I never heard of it.

Whatever the program is, you should contact the program vendor for support. Since it fails on two separate OSs, it's obviously not a Windows problem.

It's software that allows certain Samsung phones to sync with PCs (Outlook). It's not sold in the US but very popular overseas.

zer0degree77 try installing/and running it with UAC turned off.

its the pc suit of samsung mobile.. cause i use my fone as a modem to connect to the internet.. thanks! before there was no problem i dont know what happened...

User account control.

Type UAC into the search box on the start button and go to the link.
