help pls.. samsung kies installed then when i try to open it it start to work then suddenly a message appear .. the program has stop working windows is trying to find the solution to the problem... then i must close the program.. i try to uninstall it and install it the the same problem... then somtimes theres a debug icon in it... i press it but nothing happened.. i try to run it on windows vista but the same problem.. what should i do?  thanks in advance | My System Specs |

First thing you need to do is tell us what "samsung kies" is.
