How to remove prog "att-rc self support tool"

ATT DSL support installed this prog twice on my machine incident to a support event (boy are they bad . . . ). I have two of them listed in Add Remove programs, along with a slew of registry entries for the prog(s) and Add Remove will not remove them - when I click on uninstall nothing happens, even after restarting the computer. There is a Program Files directory for the prog(s), but no uninstall prog there. How do I get rid of this mess? A general google search for "remove att-rc self support tool" to no avail . . .

Try booting into safe mode and removing them. Are you sure you dont need them?

Use Revo uninstaller pro. It better than the built-in uninstaller. If not listed in it's window, use the force uninstall option and point it to the program's executable. It's a 30-day trial.
You can use Revo free too if you want but it's a little less powerful than the pro.

Thank you. Revo auto removed one, the other done with forced option.
